E815 bluetooth problems

Ok, I want to know if it is possible to enable bluetooth sharing device on my e815. I have verizon as the carrier and maybe they put some kind of lock on thier phones that dosent let you share files with bluetooth. I herd from a person who had the same problem and resolved it, but i dont know how? 
PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS !
