Hello, after browsing around this site, I decided to join.

Anyways down to my question.

I have three videos on my 256MB TF and they are 3GP format. The videos are "Chad Vader" series and they max less than 5min and 30 sec.

Heres my problem though, I have converted the files from MPEG4 to 3GP with Xilisoft Video Converter 3.

Conversion is fine and all, but when i play the videos on my phone. I get stuck on one frame and it plays all the audio. But RARELY does it play both the video and audio flawlessly. My question is what do I do to fix this problem.

I want both video and audio played at the same time. Thanks!

You may try using another converter. SUPER works good for me. I also use videora but have had some problems with it also.

I have tried super, but when it converts. I get an error message on windows "Super has encountered an error and must close." Another problem I have with that program is the User Interface. Which for my 800x600 display is too large, I cannot see the bottom two buttons. I switched to 1600x?? but to no prevail.

Any other converter suggestions? I also have the Nokia converter, but it looks like crap.

I have that problem occasionally, I guess it's just a bug. The whole frame freezing thing. When I turn the phone off and back on it plays fine. Did you save videos in Album or Saved Videos? I save them in Saved videos if that makes a difference.

Yeah I saved them in the "SAVEDVID" folder.

About the converter, I downloaded Total Video Converter. It does cost, but it gives you a 15 day trial. Unless you crack it or something *shifty eyes*.. Anyway. You import whatever avi, mov, flv, etc file into the program and save it as 3GP video (the not amr or aac one, the one that is just 3gp) And change the quality to QIF High. If you go into settings and change the sound quality to original bit rate, the sound quality will be a little better. The video on high qif is awesome.

Unchecking use direct show will help to not get error. Also I've found out when the error does come up just let it keep running most times it will finish and work.

Ok, I took some advice about turning off the phone and it works. If the video doesn't play the visual and audio, I just turn it off and on. I really don't know, it could be a bug. But, I am satisfied with Xilisoft Video Converter 3.
