I've had a pebl and it worked great until
One day my pebl screen or "upper" part stopped working. I can turn on the phone (I know because the keypad turns on) and even my friend called me and I can hear it, but I'm not able to see anything on the screen or hear anyone unless i put it on speaker.
I think it's the upper part of the pebl that does not work. Since the lower one seems to turn on just fine, but the upper part i'm not able to hear and neither both screens work =/
What can I do?

How long have you had your phone? Which carrier are you with (I'll assume it's T-Mobile)? Do you think this is a defect or did you do something to damage the phone?
If you've had it less than 30 days, you may be able to exchange it through your carrier, but if it's been longer than that, it might be covered under warranty through Motorola, depending on how it was broken. Best bet is to call your carrier's customer service line and ask what you can do.
Sorry to hear something like that happened to your phone.

I bought the phone through ebay, it's unlocked D=<.
I'll prob take to this cellphone repair shop near here, but i'm still a bit skpectical since I think it could be the flex band that got a little loose or something like that.
