Strange Problem with Vito Audio Notes v.1.11 Creating Start Menu Folder

I have a weird problem with this program (Vito Audio Notes v.1.11), on a MPx220, on Asian 3.46 rom.

My problem is every time I open this app, a new folder called programs with nothing inside of it appears on my start menu. I can delete it fine, but it comes back after every time I launch Vito Audio Notes v.1.11. Ive tried making the folder hidden but the setting will not seem to stick or even work on this folder. Really strange.

I must also add that I got this app from iphone-forum.org and installed the original product and then replaced the .exe with a hacked one. As far as I know this app is clean and I will email it or upload it to my webserver if anyone wants to check it out for themselves. This app comes in reall handy though for those boring college lectures.
