Okay, I have REALLY messed up something here, I just don't know what and I could sure use the advice of all the people here who're in the know.
I have Motorola Phone tools, which worked FINE with my V360v. At some point I got a hold of some Java games which I wanted to put on the phone. Of course, Phone tools doesn't let me do that, so I started downloading other programs like PK2 Easy tool, Midway, etc etc.
With these programs I could not get my phone recognised (it told me the computer was not connected to my phone), despite I could still get it to run with Motorola Phone tools. NOTHING would work except phone tools.
Anyway, after much updating drivers and following various "FAQs", "How Tos" and "Guides" on how to make it all work, nothing has changed. The worst part is that now I find that I cannot get Motorola PHone tools to even link up with my phone. In fact, even plugging my phone into the computer via USB doesn't charge it automatically like it used to, it just asks me to "install the new hardware" via the usual popup (which I try to do but it tells me it can't be detected).
Is there a way I can get rid of ALL these drivers for the phone (without a complete reformat) and start again from scratch so I can get Motorola Phone tools working again.
I don't know what info I'd need to supply but I'm on Windows XP if that helps? I reaaaaaaaaaally need advice here.
