so i had my phone for about 10.5 months and the camera stopped working. everytime i enable the feature the phone will turn black and show the free space and freeze on me. i have to take out the battery to restart it. all other functions of the phone work fine though.
i've taken care of this phone very well as there's not even any scratches anywhere on the lcds. there is a small scuff from placing it on top of a concrete table. the overall condition must be at least a 9/10.
since i've planned to switch to verizon, i thought i should rma my phone before my warranty ends in a few days. i didn't know about tmobiles warranty plan so i sent it in to motorola.
well i finally got it back and they sent it back to me unrepaired. not only was it not repaired but they sent me back the phone without even screwing the front metal piece that surrounds the outer lcd. the four rubber caps are gone and a screw is missing. the bigger side button is also missing. they also scratched the side of the phone from opening it up.
in their little letter, someone checked off that the phone has liquid damage. in the comments it said "camera, display, board, dui pue front usa" sp? because it was really ineligible. so this surpised me as i've never dropped it in any liquids and i've been protecting this phone like crazy. i had a screen protector on it too. i googled some stuff and that little sticker behind the battery is still white. cosmetically the phone was really good.
now i can understand that it could be my fault. maybe i had it in my pocket too long in a hot day. the internal compoents were pretty dusty. buy how in the world do they expect me to continue using the phone when they sent it back to me partially unassembled with missing parts? i guess at least the keypad and lower part of the phone is in good shape . anyway, is this my fault? is there anything i can do?

it could also be from moisture/condensation.. it will seep into your phone.
