I was sending a picture directly from "multimedia" by pressing the green button but when i press it a message, "cannt send file.sending restricted.", comes out. What should i do for this "sending restricted" be unrestricted?

And how about in sending videos?

My own picture and my video.

To make it simple, i want to send pictures and videos thru bluetooth. My bluetooth is on. i can accept but cannt send.
