Nebie here finding the Search engine on this website hard to use...

Here is my question:

Want to transfer my phone book and pictures from the 5150 to 5300.

1. What is the best way to do this? Go Sprint store or download other software? With the updates, does the new software work right?
2. Do I loose anything in the transfer (cell, home, work numbers, etc??). Can I transfer my existing pictures?

Second question:

I have the 5150 Multimedia Manager SW loaded from Sprint. Should I remove this software first?

You can get the data cable from radioshack and use Snapsync software which you can get at www.rskiosk.net Unfortunetely the 5150 cable will not work for the 5300. You will have to get the Sanyo 4900 Cable to use on the 5300. Then its as simple as hooking up the 5150 and doing a phone to phone transfer with the software.
