I read off the Cingular website its 1.25/month is that a 1.25/month that no matter how much you try you can't get the Fee waived? "its mandatory"\

Well up her ein Canada if you sign up for Bell Mobility.. you get a 6.95$ cgharge "System Access Fee" and it gets better... its going UP to 8.95 a month (prices quotes are canadian)

Talk about a price difference for a rate plan.. 49.99 !! but then you add all the little fees here and there and your at 59.99 + tax..

you guys in the states get off soo easilly!!!!

System access fee - $6.95* + e9-1-1 emergency service fee - 75 ¢
*As of October 1, 2006, the System Access Fee (SAF) will increase from $6.95 to $8.95 per month.
