Plans changes or what?

There will be a new rebate form on Sept. 23. I would expect some handset price changes to go with it.

What?! New priceplans?! Please elaborate-

you havent seen them yet? Ive seen them in brochures. Theyre basically what we have now, but with the $14.99 media basics included for both lines and you CANT REMOVE IT. Making the cheaped family talk plan 100 bucks.

But...last I heard these plans were scrapped.

My understanding after i read the brochurs was that the plans were shown what the cost was if you added a mediaworks plan, 450 minutes with rollover 54.99 (includes optional media works plan 1mb of data and 1000 messages for 14.99). I whish I had a copy of it, but they only had one copy at our weekly team meeting.

They were not going to frce the feature on people, just inform them of the monthly cost with it. The plan rate plan was still 450 minutes.

That's the only brochures we've had for the last 1 1/2 months. Now even grandma's are walking out with 14.99 media works.

It's a regular plan brochure with 14.99 media works added to it.

We already have the brochures. They seem like a good idea at first to help give a head start on features, but are terrible when people are shopping for service between different carriers and our plans look $15 more for the same service. I have to explain to people what the real plan is and that marketing just didn't know what they were doing when they produced the brochure.

These brochures are awesome I did 45 media bundles last month, partially thanks to them, you just gotta know how to read them to people. It's like 4 square in car sales if you can master that you you can make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
