Testpoint on Motorola L2

Hi, I have searched through the marketplace and have not found someone in the Vancouver area who can unlock a Motorola L2. I have read that the only way to unlock the L2 is to use the testpoint method . If possible, can someone post the procedure to carry out the testpoint method on the L2, or link to somewhere that can. Thanks in advance. If this post is breaking any forum rules by asking for unlocking, please advise me and I will remove it. Thank again.
