Is there a seem that enables the outside LCD to stay on after the flip is closed? Also, is there a seem that enables the inside LCD to stay on as long as the flip is open.

Yes, and yes.

seem 0032_0001:
offset 1D bit 0: External LCD Backlight (1 always on when flip closed, 0 on briefly when flip closed)
offset 0A bit 7: Settings > Initial Setup > Backlight > Continuous option (1 on, 0 off)

I'm currently using p2kseem as my seem editor. Do you happen to know how I can make this edit using p2kseem. Specifically, I'm wondering what values to insert for the "Record:" and "Bytes (h)" boxes. I'm assuming I should insert 0032 for the "Seem:" box.

Does this seem edit work with the Razer V3M? I used the LeaderGL FlexEditor, but none of the offsets are shown when I enter Seem: 0032 Record: 0001.

Why do you think we all have that info in our profiles here?

You have a CDMA phone. Modding for CDMA phones is different than modding for GSM phones (which Yuet gave you). Just cuz they all share RAZR and V3 in their names doesn't make a V3c/V3m the same as a V3.

Your best bet is to wait for Mr. Venture to find this post and answer or ask in the CDMA Motorola phone subtopic here.
