Bitpim 9 ringtones error???

I am getting problems with loading ringtones into any LG phone... I think it's a problem with Bitpim... but I've been using these ringtones for a while... but this new version of bitpim wont take them...

9.06 install dont you have to delete the my documents folder before installing? i read something about this.
