I own a V195 when I hook it up to the Pc it installs the drivers for the Phone under Modem. When I open P2KTools It starts in AT mode and sees the phone now when I switch to p2kMode it tries to install more drivers (Motorola Phone <V195>) I tried Every Driver I have but None of them work....What is it Im doing wronge?

I had to do a registry edit in my PC for the Composite Device drivers to install. Windows was looking for usbccgp.sys and XP doesn't have that. I looked in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, System, CurrentControlSet, Enum, USB and found the key assigned to "Motorola Phone (V195)". Under "Service," the key said REG_SZ: usbccgp.

I changed usbccgp to usbhub, closed the registry editor and rebooted, then tried connecting the phone again, and it worked.
