Cingular or Tmobile

Hi guys, im new to the forum and dont work for a cell phone company... yet. However i have applied at Cingular and Tmobile since i hear they are the best companies to work for in the industry. Ive got an interview for 2morro from cingular (they called after a week). However i have gotten thru a few of the assesments from tmobile from diff recruiters and iv recieved the letter congragulating me and i qualify and will be contacted, yet have heard nothing from them yet. My question pretty much is what should i do? Which company is better ( i know thats a bad choice of words, lol)? Which has better pay (not asking for details, just want an idea)? Who has better benefits such as employee lines and vacation time? Who treats their employees better and has a better work environment? Right now im in college and am hoping it will stay as a part time (but im ambitious, lol, itll turn full time). Can i get some inside info one ppls thots between the two companies? Whether u worked for one or the other or both, id like to hear youre thoughts. Thanx in advance and all advice is appreciate.

PS: I kno i posted already on a different part of the forum, but it was an accident and dont know how to delete or close the thread. Please do not close this one down or boot me, just delete the older one or let me know how to do it. Thanx

You have an interview 2morrow. OK....you have good questions, and don't be afraid to ask them at the interview. At, least DO ask what benefits Cingular has to offer, and you interview the interviewer, and find out how that person manages his organization. In an interview, you need to find out as much as YOU can about the company, just as they need to know as much about you as they can. If you ask the right questions, then you can make an assessment if the company is right for you, not just are you right for them. There are lots of resources on the web, that can guide you with what questions to ask, and how to answer questions posed to you.

As with any large company, you will find people who think one company is better over another, and others with the opposite view.
