NEC L1 keeps locking up...

I got an unlocked NEC L1 (using it in Nevada with T-Mobile) a short while ago and really like it, however it has locked up twice and the only thing I can do is to wait for the battery to die, since holding down the power key does nothing and the battery is not removeable.

Has anyone heard anything about this or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to shut down the phone?

I've tried looking for troubleshooting info on the net but there isn't much concerning this phone and the phone's instruction manual is of no help.

I have not had that issue with my L1, could you not contact your seller for assistance? or emailing an NEC support tech in HK or other place that provides the phone?

Since u with T-mobile. How do you setup the phone to use WAP?

Ive never tried this but i read somewhere in another forum, theres 2 small circle metal contacts under the sim card, if you short these (with a metal paperclip or tweezers) this should reset the phone.
