I have a v3i on Tmobile, and I have seemed the setting to allow the AUTOUPDATE option for Time and Date.

Looks good ... but it doesn't seem to work.

My old v330 (tmobile branded) did this, and it even picked up local times as I drove through different time zones.

Anyone else? Any ideas? And please don't say just set it manually!

You might have to do a seem edit if you can't find the setting on:

Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date

Check SEEM 0032_0001

offset 00

bit 0: Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date > Autoupdate Menu (1 on, 0 off)

bit 1: Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date > date setting option (1 on, 0 off)

I already did the seem edit. The AUTOUPDATE feature wasn't there till I did the edit.

check also in seem 0032_0001

offset 55 - bit 2: Time Autoupdate (1 on, 0 off) <-- this will actually activate the feature, the menu item is in offset 00
