Moto Razr V3 crapped

Hi , I tried to "search", but didnt come up with any useful information.
My razr doesnt work, meaning it does not respond to any of the button/keys.
I can not access my phone book.
So my question is, if I purchase the Motorola phone tools, may I be able to access my phone book?, and if so, will I be able to transfer my phone boook information into my sim card with the Phone tools? Thanks

Depends if when u plug in ure phone MPT responds to it..?

I got the MPT to work i just have trouble transfering the PHONE BOOK INTO THE SIM CARD, AND KEEPING THE CORRECT LOCATION. Sorry for caps...
I dropped the phone, and a few days later it started to flash, then all of a sudden, no keys would work.

If ure willing to spend anything on it, im sure a local phone shop would repair it.. not sure how much for.. , ure best off saving all your contacts on MPT and transfer them onto the SIM from MPT if u can? , i dont really use it anymore :|
