Who else has seen the new BMG/BCS VID policy. How many corporate end users do you actually think know the account number? Hi sir, can I have your IMEI or ICCID for verification? What a joke.

weve always needed the ban if they dont have a tax id for CS. I think its dumb as well...but what can yah do?

Accnt # is retarded. I usually go for the 3 freq dialed #'s if they don't know the accnt #.
