urgent....need help on replacing lcd for w550.

i dismantled everything already and all thats left is unhooking the lcd from the mainboard. does anyone here know how to do it? ive been trying but im too afraid of damaging the phone further. any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

just figured it out. but after changing the LCD i found another problem. WSOD!!!!
