So my girl friend needs a new phone. Here are the requirements.
Not much more than $150
Flip Phone
Good Reception
Exterior Screen
Light
She is on t-mobile but will buy an unlocked phone or will pay someone to have it unlocked. So not much more than $150. She is partial to Samsung and likes the P207.

PS T-Mobile has the Samsung t209 which has got good reviews.
