need file widcomm.dll for mpt

I recently tried installing MPT for my RAZR V3 and I get almost all the way through the installation when it tells me "Please insert the disk with file c:\addons\widcomm.dll" I've tried googling the file and have found nothing.
If anyone can help me please reply, it would be greatly appreciated.

that sounds like a dll for the BlueTooth stack ... check the windows drivers pages
or the maker of your BT dongle/card for updates.
