I am preparing a tutorial for applying reinforcement on headband
we all know Logitech bt wireless headphones has a notorious problem: headband breaking
I also caught a crack on middle just after 3 days of use, but soon I learned to use reinforcement to help prevent breaking

you need a plastic card (like unusued credit card, the card which holds SIM card), apply a little bit Krazy glue on it, wait till the glue dry, try to remove, it the glue cannot be removed, the card is good to use
cut the card to 8x50mm plastic piece
use scotch tape to put the plastic piece over the problem area, where the crack is formed (you may want to apply a little bit krazy glue for the crack too), tighten up the tape that the plastic piece can be put close to the headband
apply krazy glue slowly along the edge of the plastic piece till the gap is filled, you may want to use paper towel to wipe away excess glue
use a clip to hold the plastic piece tightly
after the glue dried, wrap it with nylon tape (12.7-25.4mm/1/2-1" width), from about 5cm/2" from the plastic piece to center, nice and neat, and really tight, you need to apply 4 times (one from the left, another from the right, then repeat), you may want to use spray paint to cover the tape
now the headband has reinforcement to help prevent breaking
