I dont know what the repercussions are, but I know that I early upgrade people like crazy. And have done so for about two months now . Two-year upgrade price for two year contract. No one has said anything to me, so I just keep doing them

Any thoughts? Or info on this?

Depends...

I figure either way you'll get into trouble.

If you work for an agent and you're doing this.. your agent will not be compensated for those upgrades.. thus losing the cost of the equipment and possibly paying you if they pay you before they reconcile.

If you work for COR... you'll still be in trouble because you do early (Exception) upgrades at a 1 year price for a two year renewal.

Hmmm

I have a great set of bosses who let us do it from time to time. Today for instance a gentleman had been mugged a day ago, looked like crap too, and he wanted a blackberry, the unlimited connect, a text plan, and raise his plan to a 4000 minute plan. He was 1 year in and my boss let it go through

Well, thats interesting that I might get in trouble, but i figured after two months I might have heard something by now..dont ya think?

been doing it since around the new comp plan. not a peep. just use good judgement and note the account as to why you made the decision.
