V325 question about System Audio Sounds

I've had a V325 for a few months, and I've done a number of edits I've found on this site, including:
Seem Edit to work with MPT
View Audio Files on Get Tones
Capture and Play Video
Vibrate then Ring
it was after the Vibrate then Ring seem editing that the sound from when I turn the phone on stopped playing. the sound for when I turn it off, which is like the same thing backwards, still plays.
What I want to know if there is a way to get that sound back, or, how to change that system sound to one I put on myself.
Also, while I'm at it.. Is there a way for, in the Vibrate then Ring edit, to change the word "loud" to something else? 'loud' and 'soft' are kinda boring sounding. "blasting" and "tranquil" are more interesting
