ok guys well first off i think i def got duked! none the less im stuck with the phone. aside from cosmetic blemishes i notice that the camera either wont turn on or it will but then it will get all kinds of lines in the screen with flickering? i was told that a simple flash would help me out. however the se update app is not working "the service is not available now" also now looking more at the phone there is dust on the screen. so heres the list. please help!

how do i remove the buttons/topfaceplate?

how do i flash if i cant use the se software?

should i just put the w800 software in it?

will the camera work fine again?

any tips???

please help guys!
