Axcess Mobile Link through a V3C

Has anyone ever used this, specifically through Alltel? I got the software installed and connected to Mobile Link but the computer will not access the internet. I can ping yahoo.com but can not pull it up in my web browser. Connected to my wireless or through a LAN there are no problems, just when connected through my MOTO V3C. Has anyone ever used this software? Anything i can try?
