• Galaxy S III and Note both dropping to $0 on Bell

    Looks like it's opposite day. Now it seems Bell is about to drop the price of the 16GB Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note down to $0 while the 32GB Galaxy S III is $49.95. Presumably the 16GB model.

    I wonder if Samsung is offering incentives due to the iPhone 5 shortages. Ditto for the Note though I also get the feeling that Note sales have been slow lately. Samsung may be clearing out stock in preparation for Note II.

    Don't forget that Bell's Q3 closes this weekend so it might be a last-minute drive.

    Anyone who wants an iPhone 5 but can't get one considering getting a GS3?

      Anyone think they will let me get a 0$ SGS3 athough I still have a year left on my 3 year contract? I know I should not sign 3-year deals, but for a free SGS3, I might do it.

      Weirdest thing ever. I just got a text message saying I am eligible for a full HUG. I think the stars are aligning for me to get a free SGS3.

      Yah my dad gets it every two years, mine is every 2.5. I think it's because my plan is $60/mth and his is $72/mth. I'll be cancelling later next month because all I really use is the data, texting, and a few minutes. I might consider staying if I had full eligibility right now, but it's very clear that isn't happening.

      Rogers, Bell and Telus have all dropped the GS3 to $0. Well it's $0.01 with Rogers.

      Is this deal also for HUG? Urgh my contract is up in a month and I'm just thinking about buying out the new nexus phone from google outright instead of being locked on bell for 3 years.......which one is the better option? My plan is $50 with tax and includes everything I could posssibly need.

      I just upgraded to the SGS3 last night - still had 11 months left on my contract. FULL upgrade, but locked in for another 3 years which is fine for me because Bell is the only really good signal here (other than Telus, naturally). I'm paying 55 a month for voice and 6GB data with CID and unlimited text messaging... Got my SGS 3 for free... loving it!

      I have the same plan with 200 minutes (no evenings and weekends) but for 50$ + tax. I want to upgrade to the S3 from my S1 and will only do it if I can save a few bucks on the plan through negotiating. Anyone think its possible to get a free galaxy s with my plan for say 40$ a month?
