That's what I thought too. One of my referrals contacted me last night and said the form was asking for my email address.
AFAIK, the last sweetheart deal T-Mobile offered on a trade-in was for any BlackBerry. Since then, nada. If they ever do, I've got a basket full of devices they can have, starting with a TM-506.
