• New T-Mobile Rate Plans May 22nd

Here is the full lineup of new rate plans for both individual and family calling available on May 22nd:

It would appear that T-Mobile is really trying to restrict choices. If you want text or data, there are only two choices of plans available. The 1000 minute individual plan or the 2000 minute family are restricted to talk only and have very limited appeal.

    There are now 4 data tiers---200 MB, 2GB, 5GB and 10GB.

With the unlimited plan, you are required to get text or text+data.

All new plans require a 2 year commitment. And Even More Plus is available but now requires a 2 year commitment.

If you want a current plan, get it by May 22nd.

Seems like AT&T is really steering T-Mobile more and more like them with craptacular data limitations, etc. Even before the buyout is finalized. I broke my contract with T-Mobile shortly after the announced buy out by AT&T, even though it's current state was/is pending, I didn't want to take no chances. I'm now glad that I did.

Thank goodness for companies like MetroPCS, CriKet, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, etc.

Yes, because this is all AT&T's doing. You do realize that TMO is still running commercials and ads putting down AT&T, right? They wouldn't still be doing that today if AT&T was steering TMO like you're suggesting.
