Americans, if you're wondering why it's called Boxing day just think of all the craziness surrounding Black Friday. Canadians prepare for this madness by donning boxing gloves to help protect their knuckles from other Canadian's head. The only difference is that it's on December 26th. Personally, boxing day isn't an accurate name because I prefer to use elbows, headbutts, kicks and strikes to the groin.

For Rogers, the $149 tablet deal still applies for activating one line or free for activating 2 lines- sign up before dec 31st for this deal, it can be combined with free month, 1 year unlimited incoming, and 6pm calling.

If you activate and get a value pack, you get one month free for the value pack. If you activate 2 lines, you get one month free for both value packs and an additional 5 months 1/2 price for the second value pack
