What's going on. I am here to ask a question that I am sure alot of you have already answered but does anyone know when there will be an untethered Jailbreak for IOS 6.1.3. I did a tethered Jailbreak with snowbreeze but Cydia would not load at times and I would have to restore my phone again. I am not sure if it was the tethered Jailbreak that was causing this problem or if I was downloading things that were not fully compatible with IOS 6.1.3. But either way I don't want to have to do a restore in order to Jailbreak my phone or my friend's phones. I have searched for the answer all over google and I have not been able to get a good determination as to when this will be able to be done. I appreciate any help I can get. THANKS!

Hi forum,

I just purchased a GPP for my Sprint iPhone 4s. This is for two reasons, I am about to travel out of country for a while and when I come back I want to use back Sprint and later switch to T-Mobile.

So my question is:

1) If i set my phone to use the GPP right now, can I take it out and put back the Sprint sim card for sprint service until I actually go on the trip? (I want to prepare it before I head out to the trip since I might not have internet there in the beginning)

2) After I come back from the trip, can I switch out the GPP and use Sprint again? (kind of the same question as #1)

3) If I use GPP for a network in China, can I still use the same GPP for T-Mobile later?

4) Would Sprint still work if I put a Sprint sim over the GPP Chip/Tray?

Any Help is appreciated!

Hi all,
Recently I had to replace my iphone 5 due to many malfunctions. Firstly the lock button was not working properly. I had to basically use my all finger strength to lock it and sometimes try it many times. Later on the switch for turning on the silent mode stopped clicking and sometimes it was just not working. Finally the charging socket became quite loose and I had to wrap the cable around the iphone to ensure the connection between the plug and the pins.
The guys at iStore had a quick look at my phone and replaced it in 5 minutes, so I have a brand new phone, which doesn't have this issues. A friend of mine starts to have similar problems and will need to replace the phone soon as well.
I am just wondering if it was just mine phone or is it some more serious problem that Apple has with Iphone 5.
Curious to hear your experiences.
Cheers,

Odd thing...I am trying to do the T-Mobile SIM Swap on my iPhone 4 AT&T running iOS 6.1.3 I have done the SIM swap on different iPhones about 20 times, but this time something was different.

I unlocked the iPhone through AT&T and made sure to delete any custom APN settings that were on there. Popped out my ST microSIM card and put in my T-Mobile SIM card (the T-Mobile card was brand new, but I successfully did the T-Mobile swap on a different iPhone 4 AT&T iOS 5.1.1 the previous day). Well, with this iPhone, and the new T-Mobile card in there, the Carrier Network Settings did not show up. I reset the network settings again, verified the unlock status, restarted the iPhone and STILL no Carrier Network Settings when T-Mobile card was in. I would prefer not to do the tethered JB that exists for the iPhone 4 iOS 6.1.3

Thank you for your time and this is the first place that I thought of coming when I couldn't figure it out. Ideas???

Have a great day!
