Does anyone have any info about a contact at net10 that can actually get something accomplished? I have been having troubles ever since Saturday. Have spent about 10 hours on the phone with various cust service reps and managers of different sorts. They did auto refill on our accounts on Friday, and then saturday our data stops working. We get the message of data suspended because of over usage. They asked if we ever got the message from them stating that we went over, which we did not. We did not go over, and even if we did we started a new cycle. They show our data should not be suspended, but no one there seems to be able to get it back on. They just keep saying that it will turn on, on its own. I really doubt that will ever happen. Any help from anyone would really be appreciated!

OK so I'm looking to get some information about this data limit on a user basis. Please no flame wars about policies or cheating the system.

Have any of you been able to go far over the data limit and not get cut off? So far this month, for testing purposes, keeping the same SIM activated, I told my sister and doing the same myself, have just been not worrying about the data limit and so far, I'm almost on 6 GB, mostly from streaming Pandora and the new google all access music service, and not in a rush time frame either, I only have 1 week left in my cycle. And she's at 4GB and still going going good with data.

Has anyone bee cut off at precisely 1.5 GB or is their method of data counting just completely out of wack and not even working correctly? I've only had data cut off once at like 4GB one month.

Brand new LG 840G (Tracfone) does not play YouTube videos.
Using Wifi. Strong signal standing right next to the router.

I know it is capable of YouTube playback. There are several videos on YouTube showing it. That's why I bought the phone to begin with. It's the first thing I tried to do as soon as I got it.

I click "watch video" and it says "network unavailable".

Previously when I clicked a video it said "connecting..." then "playback error".
I contacted Tracfone and they told me to clear cookies, cache, etc, take out the battery and then restart the phone.

I did that. Still doesn't work... instead it just says "network unavailable" now instead of playback error like it did before. At least before it seemed like it was making an effort to connect. Now it's an instant error.

I've read several comments from others with the same issue. They either get "playback error" or "network unavailable".

Then there's others who get YouTube to work just fine without issue.
I'm confused!

Has anyone else had this problem and what was your fix?
I also have an S390G by Samsung/Tracfone and it plays YouTube great and instantly.
LG 840 has basically the same capability, just touch. I can't figure what's wrong.

Everything I've seen about an iPhone 5 on Net10 seems to focus on the AT&T SIM. I'm planning on getting the latest version of the iPhone 5(i.e. with T-Mobile 3G) and the Net10 T-Mobile SIM. Has anyone here gotten this combination up and running with everything working? Any issues I should be aware of? This is going to be for my wife and a year ago when trying to get an AT&T iPhone 4 on an AT&T Straight Talk plan was a bit of a pain in the ***.

I also had a question about how unlimited the data is on the T-Mobile SIMs. From what I can tell, the Net10 terms of service leave out all the ridiculous terms that StraightTalk has and the only restriction is to not tether. So far looking around here, I've seen people mention using lots of data with no throttling. Has there been any throttling or restrictions on the T-Mobile SIMs at all(not counting people who were tethering)?
