Saw a post on here via google search for converting an LG phone on the pageplus network back to Verizon by dialing *228.
Will this work for and Iphone 4?
We live in Florida, I've never even heard of this carrier- my fiancee' bought the phone yesterday and although it seems that texting/calling works; accessing the network to utilize all of out data usage doesn't seem to be working- ie if I try to use the internet without wifi on ( which should work given the fact that we have unlimited data/text etc) and error comes up saying "could not activate cellular data network comes"; the phone also keeps saying it is not activated then says it is randomly. Hence why I said "seems that texting/calling works".
The person he bought it from swore it'd work on Verizon...
I wouldn't have such a problem with this if we didn't pay a good price for our service- and if this wasn't a bloody iphone.... but we do and it is!

Does anyone know if the Motorola XT626 Dual sim phone that is offered by SouthernLinc is locked to a particular 3G network. It is running on a third party on the TMobile network. I do not have TMobile service in my town and would like to try installing an AT&T sim to have quality service in my hometown. Anyone got any ideas on this?

I have a Verizon samsung stratosphere that has not been activated yet. I cannot locate the MEID or ESN numbers because I can't get past the opening screen. There is no info under the battery. Any suggestions?

hi there, I was hoping some of you may have knowledge about cellular providers in the Portland, Oregon area. I have tried Cricket, ok price but not happy with phones or the service. Tried T-Mobile, great service, great phones, but far too expensive for us. We still have one of our Samsung IIIs, and I would like to carry it over, but it isn't a requirement. Ideally, I'd like to have 3 lines (with Samsung & 2 new phones, OR with 3 new phones), but 2 would do.

Is it possible to forward calls from a tracfone LG440G to another phone? I have looked through the settings and a few other places for some sort of hint, but no luck!! Help please!!!
