This might be random but why is it that when I download and buy music from the XBOX Live music store, the album artwork disappears somehow. Anyone experience this issue and or know how to resolve it?

Has anyone seen or know of any crowd-sourced signal mapping apps, where users just keep their phone on and it maps your phone's signal strength, similar to Sensorly or Opensignal? They have it for Android but these sites seem not to have support for Windows Phone and I was wondering if there were similar apps but for WP.

This may not be the forum for this but I recently noticed that my JBL speaker for my Nokia Lumia 920 has a crazy problem. It seems that the rubber part that grips the phone has either melted off or come off somehow. How do I go about fixing this and who should I specifically go to? Or is this a manufacturer's issue?

My wife and I both have Samsung Focus phones and neither one of us are able to connect to any Microsoft based services over the carrier network. What I mean by services are marketplace, bing, bing maps, and xbox live. We can both connect to them over wifi. Also, sometimes we have to restart our phones to access internet or anything sometimes. Especially if we have lost service for a while or if the phone has been on for a while. Voice and texting always work when this happens. We are both using the Net10 BYOP programs. Any ideas on what I can check for or way to correct that?
