My focus is usually on standard mono BT headsets for calls/work but I just picked up a pair of Bluebuds X for the gym and travel... and I gotta say, they're amazing. They cost a premium at ~$170 (I had a gift certificate for 50 bucks) but they are definitely worth the price if you are looking at a stereo headset. Great sound fidelity, gets loud (awesome for watching tv shows off of the tablet), and actually stays in the ear while I jog. Haven't tried making calls with it and I doubt I will since I already have a Voyager Legend for that.

I have a situation .

I have to use my personal phone for service calls that i do for work .

i have a NOTE 2 ..

sometimes i have to call the company and they want to speak with the customer .
However i do not feel good about letting the customer hold my phone and use it .

so i would like a handset that i can pair with the Bluetooth on my phone and dial
out so the customer can use the cheap handset instead .

what suggestions do you have .

My husband has a Pantech P2030 phone which I have set up Bluetooth for in both our vehicles. Every time he gets in one of the vehicles his phone beeps and asks if he wants to connect. Is there a way to make it just automatically connect? My phone just connects when I get in the vehicle.

The battery on the Bluetooth headset (old Voyager model) I use with my office phone is dying, so I'm considering a replacement. Currently down to Voyager Legend vs. etyBLU2. Looking over the etyBLU2 "documentation", I don't see any mention of how you know the battery level. Is there some kind of visual indicator or does it just give you a beep in your ear when the battery is getting low? Emailed Etymotic a couple of days ago and haven't heard anything from them, so -1 on their customer service.

Also, any recommendations either way on these two? This headset is primarily for office use, so don't care about wind noise, but do care about background noise reduction and both incoming and outgoing volume levels and overall sound quality. I also use in-ear headphones, so the way the Etymotic fits in my ear isn't an issue.

I have a Verizon XOOM tablet that is my carputer, but the speaker volume doesn't cut it. So I'm looking for, say, a visor mounted speakerphone, just to hear Google's turn by turn directions. Any ideas, I would prefer an older model like a supertooth 2. I can pick one up, used, for 30 bucks.

Wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a Bluetooth handset\speakerphone for home. Would like something that pairs to my phone and allows me to have a corded handset or speakerphone at my desk. If they don't make such a beast, a speakerphone would be fine. I guess the only requirement I have is full-duplex.

I guess I need help selecting a bluetooth, I have tried a couple and have not been real happy. I have a machine shop and talk to a lot of my customers while working in a fairly noisy environment. So it needs fairly good noise cancellation. Then get this, my head is on the large side, so it needs to fit me. I wear it all day and the one I have now gives me a sore ear. I have a jawbone HD now which is terrible in the shop and a Blue Tiger copy of some sort which works better but is uncomfortable. Thanks!
