not retention but loyalty dept.
btw I call CS today and wanted to speak with a supervisor
and appreantly Bell's procedure is you can't speak to manager or
supervisor. Have to arrange a call back.... you can't speak to anyone now
I'm like how can you deny a supervisor to a payn customer??!?!?!?
I use to work for Bell Mobility and I was never like
these reps. No wonder ppl hate Bell so much....
damn Bell sucks balls
Thank God I quit that Hell Hole
