PayPal seems to be asking for photo ID
I just got an e-mail from PayPal (not phishing attempt) and apparently they are starting to increase their security by asking for photo ID as well as proof of address.
The e-mail goes like this:
I have modified the name as well as the case number in the e-mail but it was my name.

I'm wondering whether to fax them a copy of my driver's license or just cancel my PayPal account (which they mentioned that I can't do when I log into my PayPal account).
I have only used PayPal for purchases and I've been lucky and I've only had to file 1 dispute (out of 25 sales). This was related to someone who tried to scam people. I have never sold anything where PayPal was used as the method of payment.
