I would like to understand how to track the outbound messages AND inbound/outbound pictures on one of my phones. Currently I can track the inbound messages via sending a text to 8888 and in the message section entering - cc myemail@address
This technique has provided good information, but is there a way to track outbound messages and the pictures, both inbound and outbound----either via an 8888 command OR perhaps automatic copying to a memory card in the phone?

You can send a copy of every inbound text message to an email address you designate. To do this you send a text from the phone involved to: 8888Quote:

So far I got blocking, unblocking, list of blocked and now copy incoming text.. wow

It isnt new. On the old Moto MRs you could forward or copy all incoming messages to another alltel cell# or an email address if desired. CC was available via commands from the phone but forwarding was only available via the CSR interface.Quote:

You can try putting in a space between cc and your email address.
You can also just put the letter L in the message part and it should send you back a list. I know the list will contain numbers that you have blocked, but it might contain other stuff like your email, etc, because maybe you misspelled your email or whatever.
so when i do this no matter how long i live every txt message i have will be sent to my email?
sweet i just set this up along with a new email account and now all my txts are backed up. thanks so is there anyway to get the sent ones to work? that would be even better. :)
