Nowhere. You have to call 611.Quote:

They used to have this under My Account but it looks like it has been removed. I hadn't looked for it in a while.
Yeah T-Mobile is the only carrier that lacks this info online, even Alltel has it clearly displayed. T-Mobile is very concerned with increasing churn by making this information readily available online. Instead you need to call, and asking for this info is a trigger term for potential cancellation so don't be too surprised if they ask or want to transfer you to Save/Retention.
I called CS a couple of months to go just to confirm when my contract was going to expire. I wish I didn't call because the rep wouldn't let me off the phone! I was bombarded with tons of questions...Is there anything wrong with the service? Are you satisfied with everything? What really prompted you to call in today and ask about your contract expiration date?Quote:

Its funny how Tmobile can jump on the bandwagon and charge different fees because other carriers are doing it, but won't jump on the bandwagon when it actually benefit its customers! Put the expiration date online, it would make it so much easier!
after they told you when your contract expires, and if they begin to ask you a bunch of questions you press the red button on the phone which usually performs the task of hanging up. then BAM! questions over
Yea, about 2 or 3 versions ago, of my.t-mobile.com, you used to be able to see your plan expiration, AND all the SOC codes on your account.
It was cool.
http://www.t-mobile.com/mytmobile/ac...price_plan.asp was the link (obviously no longer live or working).
That's one of the reasons why customer service is going down the tubes. Rude customers lead to bitter rude associates/representatives. That would have been EXTREMELY rude on my part. I wouldn't want someone hanging up on me, so I will not do it to another. I know the rep was doing there job, I was taught manners when I was a kid.Quote:

I feel this way too, however...Quote:

So hanging up on them isn't going to solve anything, but add more stress and frustration to their day.Quote:

i've only ever called in to find out my contract expiration date, maybe one or twice, but never got the 21 questions. lol
I just find it a bit easier just emailing them about contract expiration, plus you avoid the 21 questions! lol
yeah, no need to treat CS like that if they are only doing their job and not being rude to you.Quote:
