If DMFL is $50 by itself why would ANYONE ever buy it is way beyond me.
Spotted the Tracfone LG 600G for $29.99 at K-Mart today, with DMFL.
& Moto 260G for $14.99
(Limit 2 per customer was posted on the 600G but not on the 260G)
I guess they are really getting ready for the new phones now...
I believe those who live in CDMA-only areas or choose to use a phone with CDMA technology are pretty much forced to buy a DMFL card if they want the extra minutes of airtime. If they want only the "days" of airtime, then the DMFL card or option wouldn't make much sense.Quote:

The newer phones with dmfl included make it hard to buy anything without it but there are always other situations.

I agree with both of you; the C-139 is S-L-O-W in finding the signal, but once it does, it seems to have ~two bars here in the boon docks. The W260g had trouble with getting it up with one bar! Nice phone, but not very sensitive in my case. This is with a C-4 SIM in all phones; with a T-5 SIM, the seek time was even longer. :cell:
C139 is better at picking up the bars over the 260 in my experience as well.
