Tulsa Oklahoma is 4399
Tulsa Oklahoma is 4399
KCMO it is 4399 prl, FYI you have to change to one of there new plans to get the nation wide roaming, so if u currently have cricket it will not automatically have the new coverage area! How ever you may get it working with the 4399.prl!
I put 4399 (previously 5143) in a BB8330 I carry and it now says I'm getting 1Xev instead of just 1X. My internet loading speed is quite a bit faster.
Anyone have experience how the coverage is with that PRL outside of home area? I updated a lady and she said hers didn't work in an area that should be covered under new rate. She could be mistaken though.

I live in the Tucson area. I switched plan yesterday and tried *228 and it didn't work. I loaded the 1042 prl and tried *228 and it did update some things but not the prl. Then I loaded 1041 and everything updated. I now have the 4399 prl. The first thing I noticed was EVDO coming in and out while I was in the house where it never did that before.
Question: Does *228 update the SIDs too?
I have an LG glance that I flashed to cricket. I can send and receive phone calls and receive text but I can not send. I am new to this and tried many different PRL's but every time I dial *228 it reverts back to 4199.prl. I have called cricket to refresh the account but nothing works.
So is what you attached the 6199 or 4032? Is it evdo?Quote:

I'm running a Verizon LG Dare, full flashed to cricket. I am on the $50 dollar plan. The web, text, pics, talk, currently it all works. What PRL and SID should I be using? Thanks for the info....
In Houston, in you load the 6199 PRL and *228, it gives you your newest PRL. Worked for me, im on the 45/40 plan and it gave me the 38288 PRL. i get talk, text, pics, and web... if only i could figure out how to work MMS on my hero.
I just updated a Mess II for a customer with OTA programming and got 4499. It's like they are updating them weekly...4299, 4399, now 4499.
you have to change to one of the new nationwide plans to get a new prl. 38288 is an old prl, and will only work with the old extended coverage. Change your plan and *228 again, and you will have a new nationwide prl.Quote:
