Streamline and CAM, ICAM, WATSON, SAMPSON etc. are all internal websites for employee use.
Some are for dealers, some for corporate but all are password protected and you wouldnt be able to access anything
Hm, I remember seeing a site like that but I could access it and i am sure as hell no tmo employee :) it showed the prices and rebates of tmobile phones... and i think it also tended to have future phones i.e. maybe the v600? in any case i dont know if its called streamline or whatever but at least there is such a site. yea could someone please post a link... :doh:

The sites you maybe refering to are www.tmobilerebates.com phones and rebates for new cst. www.tmobileupgrades.com for existing cst who did a handset upgrade through cst care. or www.t-mobile.com the main website. But the URL for streamline is http://streamline.t-mobile.com however on a DSN lookup you will get only an address that starts with 10.x.x.x. which means its an internal site only and the only way to access it is from within the company network.
I know exactely what page he/she means though...its got all phones on it, with rebate prices and what not. It is a dealer page i believe cuz it had a bunch of other crap on it pertaining to dealers...unfortunately i dont have the link.

Sorry... Ive never used SAMSON, just had some reps mention it... I suppose it was prolly one of the reps with an overly southern or Canadian accent that threw me off :) .
I think we need a special direct hofo members line. That would probably save some headaches for both sides :D

Im new to this forum and would like to add information about thses two sytems that T-Mobile uses.
SAMSON is an internal application that customer care representatives use to manage customer accounts.
STREAMLINE is internal application that Direct T-Mobile Dealers use to look-up information regarding t-moible procedures on how to handle account information. Often called the bible for t-mobile employees.
both of these two systems are for corporate use only. I my self wanted to reach these sites but I still havent had any luck.
Than again luck doesn't have anything to do with it. only Help and knowlogde will get me there.

Streamline is not just used by Direct Dealers.
And if streamline is considred by anyone as a bible, then I'm glad I'm an atheist.
