I was checking out my bills and I got this message before going in there:
Dear Fido customer,
Please note that On-line Billing will be unavailable for a few days at the end of October due to a system upgrade.
You will still be responsible for all invoice payments, therefore, payments should be made beforehand (on-line or at a Fido store) in order to avoid interest charges.
