It won't be the low end one. 1.2 billion is roughly proportional to what sprint paid when you scale for customer base. If they get the low end one they'll have the high end one also.
Also profits...
Probably. But the financials in Chicago were also a mess. According to Bloomsburg uscc was bleeding money in Chicago so either way the sale makes sense.

The original reason was stated on its lack of 4G,apple likely has addressed that and the Chicago sale likely gave the USCCs the necessary cash for such a huge commitment. Why does it have to be...
Maybe. I'm sure the Chicago sale helped raise a big chunk of the money needed.

I don't get your unlocking demand. How do you intend to demand cdma phones be unlocked? Sprint, and Verizon won't activate unlocked cdma phones anyway, it's not like gsm, you could flash a phone on...
Cellman that's not really true. Am fm comparison would be more accurate foe gsm to cdma. USCC and sprint are compatible for everything except 4G uscc phones roam on sprint after all.

They eliminated subsidies but allow you to pay for your phone in installments. So basically it gives you the unsubsidized price plan and allows you to choose if you want to subsidize it by doing a...
Why should uscc credit customers for a phone in a market they won't be servicing? It wouldn't make next to no sense to let customers upgrade when they will only be uscc for a few months and the...
Its a great idea imho and given they allow you to pay your phone off in installments for i believe up to a year most customers wouldn't notice a difference in price anyway and after a year there's a...
Interesting, Verizon just announced a 0 month early upgrade cap.

Pretty sure I remember hearing a similar story about a blackberry a few years ago.

I thought I read something online awhile back in one of their press releases stating so far uscc has built lte on 700 via king Street and 1900 via their own spectrum. Might have been 1700 though....
Ironic? I assume your being sarcastic? I'd bet the SIVs cost is a big reason for the changes.

You'll see complaints about any phone in some places. Fact is no phone will get great reception everywhere especially inside.

The S1 and 2 did pretty good reception so I'll give them a shot and say it was just a single bad apple.

What should they say if they don't honestly know when it's coming? For all we know their still negotiating and don't know specifically when it will be available.

Probably none. It doesn't have gsm radio which rules out Att and Tmobile and it's LTE frequencies are different than Verizon or Sprint. It might work on 3G only if you flash it for a CDMA prepay but...
The $20 isn't charged by the store its charged by the manufacturer to uscc and shows up on your bill if you send something into repair that's not covered under warranty and would cost over $150 to...
Shouldn't be unless you live in the sold area you wouldn't be affected.
The topic is very misleading and it's clear the poster is just trying to start a flame war.

Every cellular company has had significant cuts in recent years. Not sure why the unemployment bit would matter. What do you expect them to do if their selling the markets, pay people to sell where...
If you stick it out I doubt there'd be able Etf because sprint is buying their customers, If you cancel before the deals done you'll have an etf that's my personal guess

You sound a little confused. USCC doesn't have different plans for 3G or 4G you pay for the data and your phone can access whatever it's able to. They don't have LTE specific plans.

You still pay the fee every time you activate a new phone upgrade through telesales. Only time you don't is online purchases.
If it's not an upgrade there is no fee so at least theirs that, I...
