My personal opinion is to wait. At least until the S4 announcement to judge for yourself. I would go for the newer phone, you will be glad you did in a year and half.

The 900 has Windows Phone 7.8 which might hold you back. The 920 has Windows Phone 8. That would be a deal breaker for me.

I am not seeing this issue at all. My flash and the pictures (in complete dark ess) seem to be coming out fine. Look similar to the 4S ones.
