    The online chat is on the RP site with CSRs who work for RP.

    Its helpful and fast.

    Hopefully they can reset the data and get you up to proper speed if that's what the problem...

    My speeds on RP vary. I've seen from 4-7mbps averaging 4-5, rarely 7.

    Mine shows H+ (Inspire) or if on the Exhibit ll shows 3g on screen and in phone status it says HSDPA.

    Yes, you can swap ESN's by using the OTA method. I did it last month when I had VZW prepaid.
