I had a brief moment of panic after receiving a follow-up "how to activate" email which showed the BB8703 (as opposed to the BB8330 shown in the order confirmation email), so I emailed my CSR (name withheld to protect the questionably innocent), who immediately replied saying that the Curve is so new that VZW doesn't have it in the activation email template yet.
