okay, 1st of all, thank you soo much for your help!

it ALMOST worked...

i did what you said but then it looked good, but then i got the following messages.

- In Bitpim set the phone type manually to VX-9100 and hit "Browse" by the Com Port. Under available ports you should see the BTDIAG serial port. Select this port and hit "OK". The phone should now be accessible.
