To toggle 12 hour/24 hour (military) time format go to-

Seem 275a, Bytes7a, rec 0001, offset 0001, Bit 0. 1=24 hour time, 0=12 hour time

For Date formats go to-

Seem 275a, Bytes7a, rec 0001, offset 0000, Bits 0 through 2.

All Bits off gives- WkDay MM/DD/YY
Bit 0 ON gives- WkDay DD/MM/YY
Bit 1 ON gives- WkDay DD-Month-YY
Bit 2 ON gives- WkDay Month DD

Be very careful with this one. There are a lot of mutually exclusive bits in SEEM 275a. So- Every time you turn one of these bits on turn the others off or your handset may not boot!
(i.e.- If you turn on offset 0000, bit 1 then make sure bits 0 and 2 are off...)

Thanks to Lazarus for pointing the way to this one. I'd been looking for the 12 hour-24 hour bit for a while. But I'd mostly been looking in 2742... lol
